Verano

Verano is a SMS-based telehealth platform for people with chronic disease on Medicaid. Our proven Healthy at Home program uses 2-way SMS interactions, weekly diabetes coaching visits, and evidence-based health education.

I used React, Firebase, and Twilio (Studio and Functions) to build an app that allows health coaches to have a patient CRM that can be used to have patients go through conversational flows to track their blood sugar and blood pressure on a daily basis.
